Schedule & Budget Controls

Schedule control is achieved through the experience level of the staff that we have committed to each project.  We usually establish a milestone type schedule for Owner and A/E Design Team that will control slippage.  We perform our work very efficiently once the basic program, planning and budget issues are resolved.
